We’re looking for dependable Janitor / Sanitation Specialists to help maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of our facility.
The Opportunity
As a Janitor / Sanitation Specialist, you’ll play an important role in keeping our manufacturing facility clean, safe, and ready for production.
This position is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing assigned areas throughout the facility while following company sanitation, food safety, and workplace safety procedures.
We’re looking for people who are reliable, hardworking, pay attention to detail, and take pride in keeping their work environment clean.
What You’ll Do
Clean and sanitize production, warehouse, office, breakroom, restroom, and common areas.
Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors as needed.
Clean walls, doors, windows, equipment surfaces, and other assigned areas.
Empty trash and properly dispose of waste.
Restock restroom and sanitation supplies.
Perform scheduled deep-cleaning and sanitation tasks.
Use cleaning chemicals and sanitation equipment safely and correctly.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and company safety procedures.
Complete cleaning and sanitation checklists as required.
Identify and report sanitation, maintenance, or safety concerns.
Maintain cleaning tools, equipment, and supplies in an organized condition.
Work with production and operations teams to maintain a clean and safe facility.

Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
Ability to follow cleaning, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds.
Previous janitorial, sanitation, food manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
