Position Overview

The Business Systems Analyst will serve as a key owner of our ERP and integration landscape, including NetSuite and connected systems. This role bridges IT and business teams to ensure systems are aligned with operational needs and data flows smoothly across platforms.

Responsibilities

NetSuite Administration & Support

• Manage users, roles, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and configurations

• Support order management, inventory, fulfillment, and financial processes

• Troubleshoot system issues and implement scalable fixes

EDI Management

• Support EDI transactions such as 850, 855, 856, and 810

• Manage onboarding, testing, and deployment of new partners

• Monitor transactions and resolve failures or discrepancies

Integrations & Automation

• Build and support integrations using tools like Celigo or similar

• Monitor integrations and improve reliability and automation

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures

Data & Reporting

• Support SQL based data pipelines and reporting

• Partner with BI teams to ensure data accuracy and availability

Business Process Improvement

• Identify and implement system and workflow improvements

• Partner with cross functional teams to translate business needs into solutions

Project Coordination & Delivery

• Take ownership of assigned system initiatives, including enhancements, integrations, and new features

• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, scope, timelines, and expected outcomes

• Manage timelines, dependencies, and priorities across multiple workstreams

• Lead testing, deployment coordination, and post release validation

• Provide clear and consistent communication on project status, risks, and deliverables

Qualifications

• 2 - 5+ years of ERP or NetSuite experience

• Experience with EDI transactions and integrations

• Working knowledge of integration tools (Celigo preferred)

• Basic SQL or data experience preferred

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
