NetSuite Administrator

NetSuite Administrator (Manufacturing, WMS & Supply Chain)

đź“Ť American Fork, UT | Onsite Must already be located in Utah. Will not relocate.

BUILT Brands is looking for an experienced NetSuite Administrator to own and optimize our NetSuite environment across Manufacturing, WMS, and Supply Chain Allocation. This is a hands-on role supporting a fast-paced food manufacturing operation where system performance directly impacts execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Own day-to-day NetSuite administration with focus on Manufacturing, WMS, and supply allocation

  • Support work orders, BOMs, routings, inventory, and warehouse workflows

  • Optimize WMS processes including bin management, mobile transactions, and cycle counts

  • Manage roles, permissions, saved searches, workflows, dashboards, and reporting

  • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to drive system improvements

  • Troubleshoot issues, support upgrades, and ensure data accuracy

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years NetSuite Admin experience with direct Manufacturing, WMS, and Supply Chain exposure

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and warehouse operations

  • Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable NetSuite solutions

  • Experience in food, CPG, or distribution environments preferred
