Day: 5:30 am - 2:00 pm $19.00 hr.
Swing: 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm $20.00 hr.
Graves: 9:30 pm - 6:00 am $21.00 hr

Responsibilities:

· Supervise the mixing and chocolate sections to ensure the process is carried out correctly and efficiently.
· Estimate the amount of dough needed for the shift, ensuring continuous production without waste.
· Take daily attendance for all team members.
· Verify that operating parameters meet product specifications.
· Ensure the team uses the correct ingredients according to the production order.
· Collaborate with the Work Order (WO) area to confirm that all information and processes are accurate.
· Follow company safety processes and lockout/tagout procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment.
· Review machine conditions to ensure proper operation and complete corresponding reports for preventive or corrective maintenance.
· Continuously train employees in GMP, safety, and any process changes.
· Other tasks may be assigned by your supervisor to support line and company needs.
· Weekend work may be required.

Qualifications:

· Must be 18 years of age or older.
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at any time.
· Ability to stand for the full 8-hour shift.
· Must be able to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors.
