Job Title: PLM Manager

PLM Manager

We are searching for a PLM Manager who will be responsible for the management, organization, and maintenance of controlled documents within our facility. This includes administering, configuring, and maintaining the PLM system. Key duties involve managing user access, permissions, data control, system integration with other business systems, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards for product data management across the entire product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

· Organize and control current document library.

· Configure, customize, and maintain the PLM system's workflows, lifecycles, and object types.

· Manage user provisioning, permissions, and system licensing.

· Administer PLM software, supporting integration with other systems like ERP, MES, and design software.

· Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to gather requirements and improve data traceability and change management processes.

· Design and implement new PLM configurations and workflows to optimize business processes.

· Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.

· Coordinate with IT, vendors, and other infrastructure teams for system maintenance, upgrades, and performance improvements.

· Manage engineering change controls (ECO/ECR), document release, and configuration baselines.

· Support new part introduction (NPI), Bill of Materials (BOM) management, and configuration tracking.

Requirements: 

· Experience as a PLM System Administrator.

· Experience in change management, configuration control, or engineering data management.

· Strong knowledge of PLM architecture, data models, and customization tools.

· Excellent planning, record-keeping, and communication skills.

· Experience with system integrations, data migration, and configuration management.

· Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

· Strong verbal and written communication skills
