across major retailers including Walmart, Sam’s Club, and Costco. We are looking for a

dynamic leader to join our team and help scale our manufacturing operations during this

exciting growth phase.

Position Overview

The Vice President of Manufacturing will provide strategic leadership and operational

oversight for all manufacturing functions. This role is responsible for driving production

excellence, operational efficiency, product quality, safety, and continuous improvement

across our facilities. The VP of Manufacturing will partner closely with cross-functional

leaders to ensure seamless execution of BUILT’s aggressive growth and expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all food manufacturing operations.

• Develop and execute strategies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and drive

profitability while maintaining high product quality.

• Direct production to align with sales demand and ensure

timely order fulfillment.

• Collaborate with R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance to support product

launches and business objectives.

• Build, coach, and mentor a high-performing operations team; foster a culture of

accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

• Champion Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement

initiatives to increase productivity and lower costs.

• Track KPIs and operational metrics; prepare regular reports and recommendations

for executive leadership.

• Oversee plant budgets, capital investments, and cost-control measures.

• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

• Lead expansion initiatives, including facility upgrades, new product introductions,

and potential new plant startups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related

field; Master’s degree preferred.

• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, with at least 5 years

in a senior role.

• Proven success in scaling operations, driving efficiency, and leading highperformance teams.

• Strong knowledge of ERP/MES systems and process improvement methodologies

(Lean, Six Sigma).

• Experience managing multi-site operations preferred.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Bilingual in Spanish a plus, but not required.
