Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Developer to join our team in American Fork, UT. This role requires a professional with a proven track record in SuiteScript development, system administration, and the execution of CI/CD strategies. The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and business acumen to optimize system performance, streamline processes, and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and deploy custom SuiteScripts (1.0 and 2.x), workflows, and integrations within the NetSuite platform.
Serve as a NetSuite Administrator, including user management, role/permission configuration, dashboards, saved searches, and system controls.
Execute and refine CI/CD processes for NetSuite code deployments and version control.
Optimize NetSuite architecture and performance, with demonstrated success in improving system efficiency (e.g., concurrent processing, page load times, and overall transaction performance).
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Support and enhance NetSuite modules including financials, CRM, inventory, and order management.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring data integrity, security, and reliability of the system.
Participate in and contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Maintain technical documentation, coding standards, and best practices.
Qualifications
3+ years of professional SuiteScript development experience (SuiteScript 1.0 & 2.x).
Demonstrated experience as a NetSuite Administrator, with hands-on knowledge of configurations, workflows, and system management.
Strong background in CI/CD strategies, version control (Git), and automated deployment frameworks.
Proven success in optimizing NetSuite performance (e.g., concurrent processing, load times, transaction throughput, script governance).
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Knowledge and practical application of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and sprint-based delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline (preferred).
NetSuite certifications (Administrator and/or Developer) strongly preferred.
